Adobe integration error

I am trying to connect to Adobe Analytics using the end-user sign in. 

After entering the Client ID and Client secret the Adobe sign in popup appears but continue to hang until the below error message is displayed. 

"Request timed out. Please verify you have network access and that your Adobe integration is correctly setup for OAuth authorization."

 

Do you know how to resolve this?
