Action Tool Error on Output Tool "File name is empty"

Hi all,

How can I make it so that my action tool that is linked to an output tool won't error when the group is collapsed and the container is disabled via a radio button.

I know on the input tool side, the action tool has that checkbox "Required" that you can uncheck so that it won't error but I don't see anything on the output tool side.

Is there anyway to accomplish the same thing?
