could me know the min date and max date in Trifacta system?

as you know , we have partial date in flow , such as un-unk-unkn ,we need to deal with this date with max and min date .

is it 1000-01-01 or 1699-01-01?

The minimum date is January 1, 1400. The maximum date is December 31, 2599. Reference: see the 'Datetime Data Type' page in the product docs (e.g., Dataprep here, AWS SaaS here).
