The 504 error indicates a Gateway Timeout. Is this still happening? If so, then please try the following:
- Verify that your network connectivity is OK
- Log out of GCP in all windows/tabs
- Open an Incognito window
- Log in to GCP in the Incognito window
- Open the Console tab in the browser Developer Tools, and clear it
- Try to launch Dataprep
What is the result? If still unsuccessful, then please take a screenshot of the UI + Console contents and open a support ticket by emailing support at trifacta dot com. (It would be helpful for context to also include a link to this thread in your email.)
