How to unlock Alteryx App Builder (contact Admin)

Hello all,

I try to use the Alteryx App Builder on my cloud workspace. However, this seems unable to me and I have no idea why :the only info I have is to contact the admin


Well... I am the admin and I have no idea what to do.


I think I have all the roles :

Am I missing something ?

Hi Simon, 

Thank you for your interest in App Builder! 
There is also an App Builder Creator role needed for users who you want to be able to build Apps. Also, if your workspace is PDH/PDP enabled, for now App Builder is blocked from those while we work on adding support for PDP. If not and this doesn't help, you may need to submit a Support case for fulfillment to assist with getting it set up for your workspace.

So, I don't see the App Builder Creator Role in the Role List

And I don't think Private Data handling/storage is configured.


I'm contacting fullfilment right now and stay in touch.
