Fill Down with Last Valid Value Question

Hi guys - wondering if any of you Trifacta experts can help me (or whether I need to call that Dr Prep support line).

I am trying to use a "fill" function to "fill down with the last valid value". I then select Sort Rows by "Default" and it allows me to click on Add (as the syntax is acceptable). After clicking on Add, the line in the recipe turns red and an error message says "when using windows functions, you must also specify how to sort the rows". Clearly I did specify by selecting "Default". It feels like an out and out bug, but does anyone else know about this?

What is the version of Trifacta that you are using? Please let me know.

In my own testing with a 9.2 "on-prem" instance:

• I receive the sort error before specifying a sort-by value
• There is no "Default" option for the "Sort rows by" field
• Having specified a sort-by, the error goes away and I am able to add the FILL step
