Cannot access trial version of Cloud Trial

Hello,

I am trying to access Cloud trial in order to see how exactly this tool work and if it will be interesting for my company to use, however I cannot get an access and all the time get a message that I am not eligible to access. I tried also to access with my coworker using her email, but we still get the same message. I email as well to support, but unfortunately did not get answer.

Could you please tell me if cloud version is not available for trial? Or why we are blocked?

Hi @ekoroleva, are you trying to access the Cloud Trial using the link on this page https://www.alteryx.com/designer-trial/free-trial-alteryx? You should be able to enter your details and get immediate access to a cloud trial, from which you will be able to invite colleagues via the Workspace Admin Console.

There are many possible reasons for Ineligibility. Alteryx might have limited the number of trial licenses available at a given time. The trial might not be available in all regions. Perhaps Ekaterina or her company already used an Alteryx Designer Cloud trial in the past, and Alteryx doesn't allow multiple trials per user or organization.

They might be able to provide more information about eligibility or suggest alternative solutions like product demos or webinars. If you suspect a previous trial with a specific email address might be causing the issue, try registering with a different email that hasn't been used for Alteryx trials before.
