Designer Desktop Workflow Sharing

Curious question, about Designer Cloud behavior. When workflows are created, are my workflows private by default and do I have to share access with my team for collaboration?

So long as other users have access to the shared workspace in Designer Desktop, they will have access to any workflow created.

In Trifacta Classic, users have to share their flows with other users in the workspace. By default, the flows created are only accessible to the creator.

When you create a workflow on Designer Cloud, only you and the workspace admin can see your workflow. If you want to collaborate with others in your organization, you need to share the workflow and their dependencies if you need to. 

On the landing page, click on the LIBRARY tab and then find the workflow you want to share. Once you identify your workflow click on the three dots icon at the far right, and select the SHARE option.
