This month's release includes a new badge for Beta Testers, updates to new member resources, added safeguards to protect against spammers, and a fresh new layout for our Alteryx Partner Community.
Here are the details of what's included in v5.3:
New Beta Program Badge
Just last month, the Alteryx Beta Program found a new home on Community. And today, we are excited to introduce a new badge to reward participants of the program! Thanks to
@andrewdatakim for making the
original suggestion. Active Beta testers can expect to receive their new badge shortly.

New Member Resources
In an effort to help new members navigate the community and get to the answers they need quickly, we've updated our
Getting Started on Community page. In addition to incorporating a "Quick Start" section and "New Member Checklist," we added a more in-depth overview of all the resources and opportunities to get involved.
Over the next several months, you can expect to see even more content geared towards helping new and veteran members make the most of their time in our Community.
User Rank Updates
In order to safeguard against spammers, we've made some adjustments to our rank structure and default feature availability to newly registered members. Please visit the User Rank FAQ for additional information.
Partner Community UI Improvements
We've updated the look and feel of the Alteryx Partner Community to align with the overall site design and made useful resources more easily available.
Note: The Partner Community is a private area for Alteryx channel partners and re-sellers only. Contact channels@alteryx.com to request access.
Please visit the Alteryx Community Version History page for additional improvements included in this release.
As always we look forward to your feedback and don't hesitate to send us your suggestions to improve the community experience!
