Challenge #70: Trade Area Drivetime Radii

I think mine is pretty much the same as everyone else. I didn't have the drivetime dataset so I just assumed 15 miles.

I created the points, then the trade areas from the points. I then used Summarise to create the intersection object and used Spatial Info to calculate the area of the intersection.

I don't have the right drive-time packages to do this properly, so I approximated with a 15-mile radius. I figure the point is more to learn to use the spatial tools than to actually precisely decide where this office should go, so this accomplished that task!
