Ran through this challenge in seconds, then was quite confused looking at the example's output anchor.

The best driver in rain is not the Driver with the lowest average lap time in Rainy conditions? Even when creating a delta column, why only compare Rainy and Sunny? I felt like Rainy vs non-Rainy was closer (still yielded Driver 9)...
