My solution.  This is the second time my solution was an almost spot on match with the provided one.  Am I possibly getting better at this or just lucky? 

I did add an unnecessary sort to mine just to be able to validate the data in my output against the solution before sending to the Output tool.

- started with Find Replace tools but switched to Join tools to utilize the embedded selects to convert the region and product keys from Byte to String data types
- was trying to figure out how to output multiple CSVs based on multiple fields, but then realized that I could use a helper column and then leave that field out of the export.

Thanks for posting your solution.  Quick question on the formula- what is the purpose of the "-" between the two "+"-specifically after [Region Key] + and before +[Product]
