See attached for solution. Nice use of join and batch output for beginners.

I think the prompt is confusing though calling this a cross-join when it is not. I would expect a cross-join to entail matching up the dataset to the product and regions using something like an append fields, essentially generating the same dataset for each product and region instead of joining on matching key fields.
