My solution includes mocking up the Excel Column Letters from an Excel file using some formulas, then importing that into Alteryx.  Perhaps there is a better way to solve for this in Alteryx alone, where the Column Letter sequence is generated automatically.  Anyhow, this is what I came up with and the output matches!
