Great challenge and it was good to learn the Multi-Row tool and feel I can do more with it. I see some also used the Regex tool which I'll have to look into as well.

My solution! Required a RegEx Tool, Multi-Row Formula, Text-To-Columns, Transpose and a Cross-Tab. Onward!
