Challenge #33: Reshaping Nielsen Data

I'm not 100% comfortable with the answer provided - but that's what I got once I limited myself to the first 30 records. regexed out the fieldnames but they were so useless that I ended up hardcoding them anyway.

I remember nielsen ratings to my old college radio station... by fax. They were slightly easier to read than this.

Was trying to get away from manually updating the headers in the last join, but adding the age classification to the headers stumped me. Just seemed more efficient to add manually in the join after all.
