my solution...found the multi-row tool was completely unnecessary once i finished the outputs...didn't immediately realize that the date fields were already in the Code and Program data parsed at the beginning of the workflow.

Solution attached.  This one would have been a real pain if hadn't known which data rows to be looking for.  Thankfully, the actual data I get from Nielsen comes over structured much better than this 🙂
