My approach is diveded into two workflows. Not necessary but I wanted to check how to bring day and which order were taken on day of the week. Not at all required but one step led to another 🙂

Step 2 was a learning process on datetime expressions. Very helpful exercise and learning. Thanks to all SMEs.
