So starting off I joined the data and then it was really just a case of using Formula tools to calculate the orders day of the week, the delivery date, the delivery day of the week and then a final formula tool to create the delivery message.
The sort and select tools were used to reorganize the data and to rename columns and remove the irrelevant ones.
