Got everything except some capitalization - I also wasn't quite clear on pig latin rules some sites had different logic/rules that others did not mention.

Went with find and replace to protect the structure but on reflection I could have tokenized and kept blank rows.

This was a tough one, but a real firecracker! :)  I leveraged the solution shared by @danilang  - thanks much, @danilang, for sharing an elegant way to solve it.  

I did update the message case to lower case so there are no upper case letters popping in the middle of the words in the solution. 

I could not match the exact case for the entire line though and could not figure out how to keep the punctuation and quotes.  I'd welcome a suggestion on that if you have one.  Thanks,
