Went through each category and selected 5 based on rating until money ran out, then went a second time based on lowest price to use up the remainder.
Used all but around $2 in this list.
Without spend too much time to optimize the overall cost. I just packed in as many of 10 units of each as possible until $2000 is hit. The sampling method is a bit manual as well.
