Solved! When I ran the macro, I got 90 answers. But when I tried to do it myself, I got 107. Since there are 13 pages of solutions, 107 seemed plausible so I went with that (and capped it at $2k)

I spent $1,999.70

After I picked my initial items, I totaled what was leftover in both categories and checked to see if that total would let me buy one more item, which it did.

The budget would allow me to buy ALL the clothing if I based it on post from 6 years later.....so I went with the last post from 12/21/18 and added $20 to that....

Done! I interpreted this as take the best rated and most frequently rated available items, buy the maximum amount of them, and that's the list! Spent ~$1685 out of $1800
