Gonna submit this incomplete as it was not accepting my key (nor even the demo_key just to test). But I am fairly comfortable parsing JSON so think I could have finished this quickly. I have attached the flow but cleared out my key for obvious reasons.

 A nice challenge, thank you, @JoeM !    Unfortunately, my Download tool did not work in lieu of firewall, I believe, but I was able to follow through the logic in solving this challenge.  Thank you, @kat  - I learned a lot from your proposed solution, as I could not really see my fields coming through with my Download tool error.
