- Capacity to quickly grasp business requirements and translate it into technical solutions
- Capacity to deliver in a challenging, fast-paced and uncertain environment
- Database management/T-SQL skills, ideally MSSQL
- Good to have /advantageous: SDLC, predictive analytics, Python
