The audio is very quiet on this one, and also couldn't you just write one expression for the Days to Maturity part, by saying DateTimeDiff([Maturity Date],DateTimeNow(), "days")?

Data Type the activity is looking for is DATE - which is a 10 character String in "yyyy-mm-dd" format
