Community, I just created an analytics app that a user will make selections in. If the user does not have an Alteryx license where can I save the app that the user would have access to? I see a private and public gallery as well as an analytics hub but not sure how these work. Can someone please explain? Thanks in advance.
hi @youngt
For a non licensed user to use this process it must be shared via the private gallery, which requires an alteryx server license.
see the link below where another user asked the same questions
Hi @youngt
In order for users without Designer licenses to leverage your analytical applications, you will need an organisational / company Alteryx Server environment.
This allows your workflows to be deployed to a production enivronment for governed access to your processes. Find out more here:

You can also publish to the public gallery, but this environment is not secure and should not be used for internal processes. This does however give you a good view of the 'art of the possible' when publishing workflows:
I suggest you reach out to your license administrator and Alteryx Account Director to understand what is possible.
