I am an accounting student starting to learn how to use Alteryx Designer, and after practicing with different kinds of challenges and exercises, I still don't understand the differences between the different tools in the Join category. I have read the explanations for each one several times but in practice I get confused on which one is better for the situation.
How do you know when to use Append, Join, or Union? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
