Unable to take Advanced Certification because CORE is not recognized

Hello all,

I have run into an odd problem. I took my CORE certification about a month and a half ago. I received my certification PDF. 7 days later I took the Advanced Cert, but failed it.

I waited another 15 days to take the Advanced again, but the Academy is now saying I have to take the CORE over again. It looks like it is not recognizing my original certifications. 

Has anyone had issues like this before?

Never heard of it and propably you will need to reach to the certification team to resolve it...
