Hello,

I am still fairly new to Alteryx and enjoy learning about the different uses of the program. There is so much that can be done with the program in terms of performing analytics. With so many different options available to carry out tasks, how does one know that they are using the most efficient tools/process?

Short answer: Experience.

I have been using for 8+ years and I still find new/better ways to do things nearly everyday. That's why a lot of us folks who have been using it so long love it so much. There will always be more to learn! Keep at it. 

Having said that there are tons of resources on how to build better workflows on the community. I recommend spending a decent amount of time and don't be afraid to post a question. I assure you will get a lot of valuable input from many different perspectives!
