Hello, community. I am ace_coutou5. I have been trying to reach out to Alteryx support for two weeks trying to verity my Alteryx sparked account. In the verification process, I accidentally autofilled the wrong email address for my university. It was intended to be charlesn8@gator.uhd.edu, instead it autofilled to 'charlen8' which does not exist. SheerID has informed me that only Alteryx customer support can assist, but everywhere I go it seems like Alteryx customer support does not exist. I just got an email from Alteryx support stating that no case was made on my behalf as their mailbox is no longer in use. This is one of the options they recommended I use. Someone please help me with this so I can continue my learning and be prepared for my upcoming Alteryx based Financial Analyst position.
