In-House Support of Alteryx Users

Hi all - just looking for some general guidance/information. My organization has a UAT and Prod server to go along with 50 designers users. Right now we have someone dedicating about 80% of the time to troubleshooting, upgrades, building more advanced workflows. I would say about 60% are novice users. 

 

Generally speaking how much internal support staff is needed for this type of setup? What are your experiences?
