Facing issues while updating Alteryx latest version

hi guys it has been a week that i am trying to update Alteryx latest 2020 version but unfortunately it shows something went wrong. So i want to know which is the mistake i am doing while updating this tool. This question is definetly could be asked before i was not able to find it so thats why i have created this new post to help new users. Waiting for you reply.

Hi @chawalinsan,

 

It would be a good idea to share the screen with information on what error you encounter as this would be very helpful in order to propose some kind of solution. 

I would suggest uninstalling Alteryx and just instal a new version.
