I am having some problems logging into my Alteryx account. The page returns a message saying that my email address is not valid. It’s funny because I have logged in a thousand times, even to write this message I am logged in using the same email.
I tried to contact them by email (Mission Control ), but it seems that this email box is no longer in use. Is anyone experiencing something similar?

You may need to contact your Alteryx rep and get them to log a case if it doesn't fix itself. Try a different browser and clearing cache etc, but if that doesn't work, you may need to send a note to your rep.
It seems like it was a bug. I don’t know why, but my email address wasn’t working, neither to recover nor to create a new account.
Now it's working fine.
