Downward Moving Arrow Missing in Select tool

Hello,

This is not a big problem but I am wondering what's the problem.

On my desktop(Windows 10) there are upward and downward moving arrows in Select tool.

But on my laptop (Windows 11) there is only upward arrow. It looks like truncated,  so does the Search box. 

Is there any option to fix this problem?

Even stretching the configuration panel does nothing? Interesting...

This will most likely be a display properties setting. Try adjust the scale settings possibly in System > Display.
