I have completed Alteryx designer core certification on Nov 05th 2023 but still i have not received the credly badge. Today also I have sent the mail to cerification@alteryx.com

Hi there,

I completed my Micro Credential for data preparation Sunday November 12th. I know normally it takes up to 48 hours to receive the badge via Credly, however i have not received it as of yet. I've sent an email to certifications@alteryx.com but posting here as well for visibility. Is there an issue this week?

I have completed the certification on 31-01-24 but i haven't received my credly badges yet.

 "I would like to inquire about my Designer Core Certification, which I passed with 70.3% on March 7th, 2024. I haven't received any email containing my certificate from Credly yet. I understand that Credly's email may take up to 48 hours, but it has been more than 48 hours since I passed the exam. Meanwhile, for the Alteryx Foundation Micro-Credential, I received the certificate earlier than 48 hours. I also mailed  certification@alteryx.com  but still didn't receive any response.

Could you please assist me with this issue as soon as possible?
