Performance of Alteryx Server on Linux

Hello community,

I'm looking for performance metrics of Alteryx Server when running on Linux (CentOS, RHEL).
I'd appreciate if someone could share details of a high level figures of a real implementation.

Thanks.

Linux is not supported for Alteryx products.

Indeed, thanks for clarifying that.

I got confused about installation details I found for the Alteryx Designer Cloud by Trifacta (or Powered by Trifacta Enterprise Edition), probably not the latest one.

In addition, it seems Alteryx Promote supports Linux too.

I think the Alteryx server can only be hosted on Windows Server

Does Promote still exist? I think there hasn't been a new version since like 2019 --- but yeah it runs on Linux. Designer Cloud is a containerized cloud hosted version ---> there's no infra management on the client end AFAIK.

It seems Promote still exists, I could not get confirmation of it being deprecated yet. I'd like to get/find a confirmation on it though.

@J-Li honestly --- these are dumb questions. This has been answered. Alteryx and Alteryx Server runs on Windows ---> not Linux.  What are you trying to do? If you want Promote for whatever reason find a rep or contact Alteryx. Yes. It runs on Linux --- but it is not Designer or Server.

@apathetichell, at first I posted a question on Alteryx Server running on linux, a mistake I recognized. I later found the information about Promote. The first was accepted as solution for my question and I moved on. Never mind.
