Alteryx Server Ports

Im trying to track down which ports alteryx server uses for communication. AFAIK it is 80 by default or 443 if you set up HTTPS. 

Additionally, (according to this post) you can't easily change the default port without hacking the RuntimeSettings.xml file, is that correct or is there an improved, new way to do this?

Scheduler: HttP/S: 80/443

Worker: HTTP: 80 

Database: TCP/IP:27018

Gallery: HTTP/S: 80/443

Currently chnaging the port can only be done in the runtime settings. Feel free to suggest your idea here for the develoeprs to take a look.
