Hi All,

im attaching 2 files here i have data in 1.jpg file format i need the data in 2.jpg format pic 

this is regarding adding subtotals can anyone please check and let me know

Hi @chay 

Basic approach would be;

1. Create a table to Link [ID] and [Group]

2. Join the table with the records

3. Summarize the numbers with [Group]

It would be easier to show you if you add the table in csv or xlsx, rather than image.
