I am a new user in Alteryx, can anyone of you help to advise how can I set the workflow, in order to have the result show as yellow one?

Hi @LULL , welcome to the community! This page is more for introductions.  When you have questions with Alteryx Designer functionality or building workflows, you can post your question in the Designer Discussion forum.  

But the answer to your question is to use a Formula tool.  I highly suggest going through some of the many free learning tools in the Academy section of the Community.  There are videos, tutorials, learning paths, and many other opportunities to develop your skills.
