Send Email to Multiple Email Address Coming from Excel

Is it possible to send an email to multiple email address, the thing is the email address is coming from and excel file , in a single column all the email address are listed, meaning everyone who is listed in the column with the email address will receive the mail.

Hi Grail030510,

Yes that is possible. If you use the email tool, you have the possibility to use a/that column with multiple email addresses. Next to " To: " tick the "Use Field" box, this will give you the option to select a column/field from your workflow. You also have this option for " From, CC, BCC and Subject".

Just trying to understand your problem. do you want everyone listed in that column to receive the email?

If so, and the column is formatted properly (a semicolon separated list of email addresses) then as @DanielvanLeuzen says you can simply use that field as the 'To' field in the email tool
