Outlook Input Tool Configuration

Hi, 

I just downloaded the Outlook Input tool and i am not sure how to get started. I attempted to configure but receive below error message. Any ideas? (configuration attached)

Do you have anything selected in the field select at the bottom of the config?

Yes , just trying to test the connection. I have sender, subject and To recipients checked.
