Need to pull the list of files available in the sftp directory

Is it possible to pull the list of files available in the sftp directory.

Hi  @JagdeeshN ,

My workflow is taking very long hours of waiting & never coming out. Is it because the sftp location has about 2000 files in it. Will that be a reason.

All am doing is with using text Input tool to mention the sftp url and the file name to which the download tool should write the directory listing.

Please help.

Am getting the below error. , the workflow completed after 32 mins  and gives the below error.

Can you please try one of these things:

1 - On the "connection" tab please change max connections to 10 and change timeout to 10,000

2 - Try running the workflow via alteryx server scheduler. This could result in improved speed.

I have used max connections as 10  and timeout seconds as 10,000 already, but still i am getting the below error. Can i increase the values even more?

I do not have a alteryx server, only alteryx designer.

Please could you suggest other options. What is the cause of this error.

My best guess is that this might be due to network connectivity issues and the related timeouts.

Are you trying to do this remotely or on the same network?
