Need help in making a workflow that helps recognize same dates

Hello Everyone, 

I am trying to write a workflow that looks at the revenue start and end dates and returns the correct result for the test, I have attached a data sheet that shows the data and what I need the final output to look like. Each line has a group that is in, Conc. and each line has a start and end date. What I am trying to find is that if the same start and end date is repeated in a group that they all have the same response for the "Day Test", but the hard part is that if one of the responses is "T" (true) then all the lines with that same start and end date should also be true, right now my problem is that only one of those lines has true and not all of the lines, I hope I was able to explain it well but if you need any clarification I'd be happy to help. Thank you to anyone who could help in advance its a big help!
