Multiple Table Format Output Template

Hi,

Attached is a output template with a multiple table format. The 2021 Monthly Trend Analysis table is the main table where the alteryx workflow append the output monthly and the rest below is formula based on the monthly amount output.

is there anyone can help me to append the output data based on a table format like this.

Hope this workflow helps. You may also add in xls template a named range and use it instead of sheet name. Thanks that you wouldnt need to manualy choose in Alteryx a data range.
