Just as a question:

If the priority of dates goes from left to right, wouldnt it be way more simple to put a formula tool in column "Record date 2" which says sth like:

IF [Record date 2] != Null()

THEN [Record date 2]

ELSEIF [Record date 3] != Null()

THEN [Record date 3]

ELSEIF [Record date 4] != Null()

THEN [Record date 4]

ELSE "No Date, lul"

ENDIF

Or do I miss an important point?
