Thank you, Alex, for your assistance. I greatly appreciate your effort in sharing the drivers with me. However, despite trying them all, none work with my computer and Windows version. As a result, I couldn't install the necessary driver to resolve the issue.

I'm facing the same issue and because my Microsoft Office apps are 64-bit, trying to install the 32-bit driver for Microsoft Access Database Engine gives me an error. I don't want to have to uninstall all my Office apps to reinstall the 32-bit versions for this driver to work, and I'm pretty sure 32-bit apps will not be compatible for most applications in the near future.
