IF FORMULA ISSUE

Hello Everyone, 

I have the following set of information, And I need a formula so that if the "Description" Column is "null" then the respective value on the "ROW" column needs to be "null" or blank as well.

Any ideas?

Add a formula tool and select the ROW field to update.

The formula is then:

if isnull([Description] then "" else [ROW] endif

Set your column in your Formula tool to 'Row' then use the formula IF IsNull([Description]) THEN Null() ELSE [Row] ENDIF

If you want it to be blank instead, substitute Null() with ""

You can add a "Formula" tool and from the drop down select "Row" and write the formula as following:

if IsNull([Description]) then null() else [Row] endif

It is going to replace the Row value with null whenever the description is null w/o creating a new column. Hope this helps.
