Here you go, using a Multi-row tool to generate 'Item 2', and a Formula tool to generate 'Item 1' and 'Item 3'

Pay attention to the configuration for the Multi-row tool, as the standard config has row 13 being null so you need to change the behaviour for rows that don't exist to 'set to values of closest valid row'
