Hi Team,

 

I am downloading a zip file which contains bunch of CSV files  by hitting a URL  and saving it to a folder.  But getting above error for one of the URL. How to resolve this .

 

I am using Download Tool and passing URL and Download Path as parameters. 

 

Please let me know in case of any more details.

Hi @VVRD_15,

 

Thanks for reaching out to us. Have you tried checking the connection or verifying that nothing (security firewalls, proxy settings, etc.) is blocking the connection to the download server? Additionally, these timeouts can also occur when the files are too large.

 

I found another post where a user was getting a similar error while using the email tool. You can check out the response they received, which might also help you:

Thanks for your reply. Yes, the link working fine in the browser and able to download the file. but when it comes to Alteryx is there any way resolve this issue.

If you are still experiencing issues, I recommend logging into my.alteryx.com and navigating to the 'Case Management' section to submit a new case to our technical support team. Hope this helps.
