Fuzzy Match help

HI All,

i have a list of 50k to 60K different search names that i want to fuzzy match to the main value but i am having an hard time figuring out the logic for this. this is one source 2 columns. 

From the below Table, i am looking basically Record ID 2 to 5 to match to Record ID 1 so i can rename all of them workday and sum the value up. SImilar for PTO. since there are 50K different searches its not feasible for me to do an formula to search and replace. any approach to resolve this would be helpful

The data set is as follows :

@SR Perhaps the Find and Replace tool could be useful here! You just need to supply the Lookup Table names. We could build a logic to help with this part aswell though
